We are located at 215 Maple Avenue in the hamlet of Pine Bush, NY. We are walking distance to shops and restaurants, and a short drive to the picturesque Shawangunk mountains. Rejuvenating activities include hiking, world famous cliff-climbing, hang-gliding, horseback riding, biking, and golfing. Also, we are close to local wineries, the Wallkill Valley Rail Trail, local farmer's market, antique shops, and auctions. We will gladly provide you with brochures of local attractions and businesses in our area.

Mark Vail holds a MFA (ceramics) from the New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University and a BFA from West Virginia University. He provided his professional services to Sleepy Hollow Restoration for four years. Mark was a licensed and bonded auctioneer in West Virginia (1975-76) and licensed and bonded in New York City (1991-94). Mark is the sole owner of Mark Vail Auction Company which was established in 1987. He is an active member of the National Auctioneers Association and the New York Auctioneers Association. Having more than thirty five years experience, Mark offers professional, courteous service.\

The Town of Pine Bush

The Town of Crawford was incorporated in 1823. However, its development had its beginnings well before that year. It made significant progress since its early days. When started as an inland, wooded and rocky area grew slowly at first. Many old maps have various names for the area we know today as Crawford. Crawford was originally part of the Town of Montgomery, as the Montgomery town records from approximately 1768 through 1777 show.
